On party buses and private charters, yes, where state and local law allows and everyone on board is 21+. Excess cleaning is billed only if needed.
Private outings are quoted hourly with a 4-hour minimum; overtime is billed in 30-minute increments, never a surprise flat fee.
The bus drops at the stadium lot and waits, or returns at a pre-booked time — your coordinator confirms lot rules for each venue.
