Drivers
Commercial licence with passenger endorsement, background-checked to school-district standard, drug and alcohol tested under FMCSA rules, and capped at DOT hours — relief drivers on long runs.
Vehicles
Every partner operator runs a late-model fleet on a documented preventive maintenance schedule, with annual state inspection and a pre-trip walk-around before every departure.
Insurance
We only book operators carrying $5,000,000 combined single-limit liability — the federal minimum for coaches — plus workers’ compensation for drivers. Certificates available for venues on request.
Tracking
GPS on every vehicle. Your coordinator watches the trip live and calls you before you need to call us.
Students
School-approved buses, chaperone seating plans, stop-arm and crossing procedures, and a headcount protocol at every stop.
Accessibility
Wheelchair-lift coaches and kneeling Sprinters available with 72 hours’ notice; service animals always welcome.
Pricing questions
The quote is free — you receive a full itemized estimate first. A 10% refundable deposit locks the date once you approve; the balance is due 7 days before the trip.
Overtime is billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments — never a surprise flat fee. Your coordinator will check in before the booked end time.
Cancel 14 or more days before and the 10% deposit is refunded in full. 7–13 days: 25% of the total. Under 7 days: 50% of the total. Weather cancellations by us are refunded in full.
Tolls and standard parking are included in every quote. Venue-imposed lot fees are passed through at cost when they apply.
Yes — we arrange trips in all 50 states through a network of USDOT- and FMCSA-vetted operators, each held to the same driver, vehicle and insurance standards before we book them.
Wedding shuttles are quoted hourly with a 4-hour minimum, or as a fixed loop package when we know the hotels and venue. Peak Saturdays carry a modest premium.
